Since 1996, my work has focused on transformation, personal growth and development. Delighted with adventure, exploration and play I provide the quiet confidence, safety and encouragement of an experienced traveler. My greatest joy is to go beyond the day-to-day routine, to step into the unknown and to return home safely to share new wisdom and knowing.

My commitment to exploring the full potential of Rosen Method bodywork and movement follows 30 years as a publishing and communication arts professional specializing in the use of Macintosh technology for business and creativity. The practice of Rosen Method is an expression of my commitment to unleashing creative expression, vitality and well-being for all people.

I practice Rosen Method bodywork in the East Bay. I see clients in Berkeley, California and occasionally in other East Bay locations. A standard appointment lasts about an hour. The bodywork session is 50 minutes.  I recommend a series of sessions for you to get a sense of how you respond to the bodywork. I offer introductory packages of 3- or 5- sessions. Single sessions and other arrangements are available.

I work on a massage table in a quiet, scent-free environment. There are no lotions or oils. Clients are partically clothed and under a light cover for comfort.
